Maddie Knowles, Senior Research Manager, Rock Health Advisory
Maddie Knowles leads research at Rock Health Advisory, a digital health strategy firm that helps enterprise companies understand and act on the forces reshaping healthcare. She drives original research and thought leadership on the trends defining digital health, oversees the management of Rock Health's proprietary market data, and works directly with enterprise clients on strategy and advisory projects. Prior to joining Rock Health, Maddie worked in public health across nonprofit and clinical settings. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Kelly Polinksi, Vice President, Population Health & Well-being, Brown & Brown
Kelly Polinski has more than sixteen years of experience in population health and quality improvement. She focuses her consulting work on strategic design, with an overall goal of empowering employers and their employees to achieve better health and health care. She is a Certified Wellness Program Manager through the Chapman Institute and is Certified in Public Health (CPH). Kelly earned her Master’s degree in Public Health from the University at Albany and her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Elizabethtown College.
Meg Bricker, Principal, Brown & Brown
Meg Bricker is a Principal at Brown & Brown. Meg has more than 20 years of health & welfare consulting experience. Her areas of specialization include benefit design and strategy; benefits administration and vendor procurement and implementation; and impact measurement. Meg has experience with creating and implementing innovative long-term strategies with large customers that redesign benefits, promote well-being activities and focus on vendor optimization. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, Meg worked at Mercer for more than 16 years in roles of increasing responsibility. Meg is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.
Jessica Denshaw, Consultant, Global Benefits, Dell Technologies
Jessica Denshaw has been an integral part of the benefits team since 2018, where she is currently responsible for US health care planning and project management. Additionally, Jessica serves as the data ambassador for Global Benefits. Her role involves leveraging data to drive strategic benefits programs, ensuring that Dell Technologies remains at the forefront of the health care sector offerings and experiences. Jessica's data storytelling and strategic approach have made her a key contributor to the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the health care system experience for Dell Technologies team members. Her commitment to excellence and innovation continues to drive impactful results within the organization. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University.
Jeff Stohlberg, Global Director of Benefits, Moderna
Jeff Stohlberg is the Global Director of Benefits at Moderna. In this role, Jeff leads initiatives focused on enhancing health, retirement and well-being benefits, supporting the overall wellness of Moderna’s employees. A forward-thinking leader, Jeff has spearheaded the development of a Benefits Assistant utilizing mChat and ChatGPT, leveraging technology to streamline benefits processes and improve the employee experience. Beyond his primary responsibilities, Jeff is an active leader within the company, serving as the co-chair of Moderna's Rainbow Alliance Employee Resource Group (ERG) and a member of the ERG leadership team, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Jeff also sits on the Cambridge (MA) Campus Leadership Team. In addition to his work at Moderna, Jeff is an engaged industry leader serving the Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Fidelity Investments, the Hartford, and Spring Health where he contributes to shaping innovative benefits programs and strategies. His collaborative approach and commitment to employee well-being have made him a key figure in both his organization and the broader benefits community. Jeff earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in French and History from Allegheny College and a Master of Arts in French Language and Culture from Boston College.
