Brown & Brown Announces New Colorado Market Leadership Team

Denver, CO, August 6, 2026 – Brown & Brown today announced a new leadership team for its Colorado Market. This team will build upon the success of the office in serving the insurance brokerage and consulting needs of the Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming business communities. The new leadership team taps three current Brown & Brown teammates with a combined 50 years+ of insurance industry experience:

• Nic Rosales serves as Managing Director. Reporting to Patrick Roth, Regional Managing Director. Nic is responsible for overall strategy, leadership, operations and performance of the Colorado Market. Prior to being named Managing Director, Nic held positions of increasing responsibility over a 17-year career in the Colorado office, including Vice President, Assistant Vice President and Senior Benefits Consultant. He studied public relations and journalism at Metropolitan State University in Denver.
• Justin Bayern serves as Senior Vice President, Property & Casualty Practice Leader. Reporting to Nic Rosales, Justin leads the team focused on Property and Casualty brokerage, sales, service and support. Before joining Brown & Brown in 2026, he held senior leadership and production roles with several national and global brokerage firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Hartford and an MBA from the University of Denver.
• Jesse Stuedemann serves as Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Practice Leader. Also reporting to Nic Rosales, Jesse leads the Employee Benefits team brokerage, sales, service and support. Jesse joined Brown & Brown in 2015 after serving three years in a Human Resources leadership role in the financial services industry. Jesse earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Bradley University and his master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Denver.
