With the growing use of AI tools, teammate Anju Owad, Senior Vice President, urges companies to create guidelines and policies around AI usage. The recent cyberattack on the new AI DeepSeek, has only heightened concerns around data security.
"Organizations want to have a competitive edge," Owad said. "They want things that are efficient, faster, cheaper, and AI is a good tool for that. But if you're not going to do the due diligence behind it, then it can be dangerous."
